The company was founded by professionals with real experience inside legal intake systems and law firm operations. After working with more than 4,000 legal leads and supporting U.S.-based legal teams virtually for several years, we saw a recurring challenge across many firms: missed opportunities caused by overwhelmed intake systems, inconsistent follow-up, and administrative overload.
Lexai was created to help solve those problems.
